Using these pages does not create a professional engagement.
These terms govern use of the Title Jaanch website.
The site explains how a property due diligence practice works and lets you ask for a conversation. It does not, by itself, create a professional engagement. An engagement begins only when the scope and the fee are agreed in writing.
Articles, checklists, the sample report, and answers on this site are general information about property records in India. They are not legal advice about your property, and they are not a solicitation of work. Laws, stamp rules, and record systems differ by state.
Do not rely on a page here as a reason to pay a seller, to sign a deed, or to sanction a loan. That decision needs a review of your actual papers.
A report is limited to the searches and documents named in it, on the dates those searches were made. It is not title insurance. It is addressed to the client named in the engagement, and it should not be passed to a third party as if it were addressed to them, unless the engagement says otherwise.
Where the firm is asked for a legal opinion, that opinion will be identified separately from a factual search. If you have your own advocate, you should share the report with them. We do not accept responsibility for a decision taken on a partial file, or on a search we said we could not complete.
Do not misuse the forms, attempt to probe the site, or send unlawful content. The text, layout, and sample materials are owned by the firm unless a photograph is credited otherwise. You may share a link. You may not copy the site into another commercial publication.
To the extent the law allows, the firm is not liable for loss arising only from the use of general pages on this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are read under the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
